Building Management
Overseeing and maintaining the operational functions and well-being of a building or property. It involves various tasks and responsibilities to ensure that the building is efficiently functioning, safe, and comfortable for occupants or tenants.
Financial Management
We manage the financial resources and transactions related to a property. This includes tasks such as budgeting, accounting, rent collection, expense management, financial reporting, and optimizing the financial performance of the property.
Insurance Management
We are ensuring compliance with insurance requirements, such as maintaining accurate records of insurance policies, tracking policy renewals, managing insurance claims, ensuring compliance with insurance policies regulation.
Reporting
We track and documenting various aspects of a property's performance and financials reporting, which involves the preparation of financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Tenancy Management
We role in Tenancy and Lease Services include parts of a collection and disbursement of rents, tenants’ liaisons, coordination between contractor, management of utilities and administrations, and monitoring reestablishment of premises upon end or expiry of the tenancy or lease.
Commercialization
We aim to optimize the financial performance of real estate assets, maximize return on investment, and create long-term value for property owners or investors.
Event Management

In providing our services, we are held responsible in terms of the planning, control, monitoring and execution of various events.
Meeting Incentive & Convention Exhibition (MICE)
We undertake the responsibility of managing MICE. It encompasses a wide range of activities, including meetings, exhibitions, seminars, conferences, and incentives, all of which are tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of corporate clients.
Social Event (Entertainment)
We take full accountability for the social event service delivery. Social events in entertainment encompass a wide range of activities and formats, such as parties, concerts, festivals, movie screenings, theatrical performances, sporting events and more.
Sport Events
We are in charge of organizing various events for a sports team or organization. We are tasked for managing and organizing events as little as a social evening for a local football team to as major as the National Games. This can be anything from managing game day in a professional sport.
