  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve predetermined targets and performance objectives.
  2. Planning and propose action plan how to archives overall sales target for the company.

  11. Market survey what’s new to introduce the company.
  12. Marketing research and development.
  13. Prepare marketing strategies for brands.
  14. Handle walks in and phone enquiries on corporate events.
  15. Achieve KPI’s that have been set by the management.
  16. Expand the network of new distributors and develop innovative sales channels to increase brand visibility and sales.
  17. Nurture and manage relationships with existing distributors, fostering strong partnerships to support the brand and its products effectively.
  18. Building relationship with key clients in the targeted market to promote company and its wide range of products.
  19. Ensure all clients enquiries and complaints are attended to promptly and effectively as per timeline.
  20. To communicate and manage project/contract sales leads and enquiries, pricing strategy, prompt and regular pre-sales and post sales follow up or servicing and effective product training and explanation.
  21. To plan and organize any marketing event/ brand collaboration/ and consignment event to promote the company and its wide range of products.
  22. Continuously analyze market trends and competitor activities, adjusting sales strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
  23. Provide leadership to the sales team, offering guidance, support, and training to enhance overall performance and productivity.

  2. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a related field within the related industry preferred.
  3. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales management
  4. Fluent proficiency in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the capability to conduct business negotiations effectively in both languages.
  5. Exceptional communication skills and adept at managing teams, with the ability to coordinate across various departments.
  6. Can start work immediately.

1. Ensure that the contractor and consultant appointment letters are provided within the timeframe stipulated following the Tender/Quotation Committee Meeting, as well as the creation of order  notes for the procurement of goods and services.
2. Invitation to get materials, services, and work that exceed specific financial restrictions by quotation and posted on the defm.com.my website.
3. Invitation to tender for items, services, and work that exceed specific budgetary limits, as announced on the defm.com.my website and in newspaper.
4. Receive a list of quantities, application forms/proposal papers, and bid statements approved by the director from the departments participated in the procurement.
5. Ensure that the procurement register records are consistently updated.
6. Ensure that the contractor register is consistently updated as well as the contractor registration certificate is issued to allow the company to identify quality suppliers/contractors.
7. Updating Google Docs for the acquisition of quotation or tender documents, including preparing a memo for the finance department to provide receipts.
8. Ensure that all financial and accounting regulations are strictly adhered to in daily operations.
9. Assist the Head of Department in preparing and updating procedures/SOPs.

  2. Candidates must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in business administration or equivalent from any IPTA or IPTS recognized by the Malaysian Government
  3. At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  4. Required Skill(s): Strong in MS Office MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  5. Strong knowledge of procurement methods including sourcing, negotiation, perchasing, supplier management, & etc.
  6. Self-motivated, independent, and able to work on tight timelines and under pressure to resolve matters according to priorities.
  7. Has strong leadership abilities, great dispute resolution skills, and is fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, as well as integrity.

1.Menyediakan Laporan Kewangan Bulanan Syarikat untuk tujuan pelaporan kepada pihak berkepentingan.
2.Berurusan dengan Juru Audit bagi proses audit tahunan
3.Menguruskan hal percukaian syarikat (Corporate income tax / sales services tax)
4.Memastikan syarikat mematuhi semua tarikh- tarikh statutori bagi mengelakkan syarikat dikenakan penalti.
5.Terlibat dalam penyediaan dan pengurusan bajet tahunan syarikat
6.Berurusan dengan pihak bank bagi perkara berkaitan perbankan syarikat.
7.Membantu Ketua Jabatan dalam memastikan proses kewangan dan perakaunan dilakukan selari dengan prosedur, SOP, standard, piawai, pekeliling dan undang-undang yang telah ditetapkan.

1. Warganegara Malaysia.
2. Calon hendaklah memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Ijazah Sarjana Muda di dalam bidang Perakaunan atau setaraf dengannya dari mana-mana IPTA atau IPTS yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan Malaysia.
3. Minimum 3 tahun pengalaman yang setaraf dengan jawatan yang disandang.
4. Mahir dalam perisian computer dan boleh mengendalikan sistem perakaunan berkaitan tugasan.
5. Mempunyai daya kemimpinan yang tinggi dengan kemahiran penyelesaian konflik yang sangat baik, dan mahir berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Malaysia & Bahasa Inggeris serta berintegriti.
6. Boleh memulakan kerja dengan kadar segera.
